Maribeth
Dental Assistant

Maribeth is a Dental Assistant who received her education from The Toledo Dental Academy. She received post-graduate training from The Ohio State Dental Board and also received her radiology license. Maribeth has worked in the dental field since 2005 and has been with Signature Smiles since November of 2018. Her duties include preparing patient exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting during procedures, taking X-rays, lab work. scheduling appointments, and updating charts. She loves bringing joy to others through healthy smiles and likes how unique this career path is. If she wasn’t working in this field, she would like to put her patient, caring nature to good use by working with the elderly. Before joining the team at Signature Smiles, she worked as an assistant with Dr. Harold V. Welch, Jr, for 13 years. She has been in a relationship for over six years and has a twenty-three-year-old son and a  six-year-old stepson. Outside of work, she enjoys socializing with neighbors and friends, western-style horseback riding, drag racing, and following horse racing.
